2017-2018 Dance Registration
Our registration forms for 2017-18 will be sent through "Docusign", an app that easily allows you to send signed documents back to us through your smartphone or computer. This will assist with reducing the time it takes to come in for dance registrations.
- You will send us your child's class selections based on their teacher's recommendations and preferred method of payment by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate whether you would like to pay monthly or in full at the time of sending us this email. If you are already enrolled in Music, please let us know so we do not charge you a double registration fee.
- We will send you the Pre-Authorized Payment Form and Registration form with the classes and cost filled in by Docusign. Docusign will allow you to update your contact information and sign off on the policies and registration form.
- Once you click "Finish", the completed and signed form will come to The Arts Connection by email.
- If you are paying by cheque, you can drop off your deposit cheque & a void cheque at the Front Desk between 9am- 7pm Mon - Fri or between 9am - 4pm on Saturday. We will need this within a week of you emailing your registration to complete the registration and secure a spot for your child.
- If you are paying by credit card you can call in with your credit card number and we will put your deposit through and add this to your account.
