SPARK PROGRAM

Out-of School Care
Outside-the-Box

SPARK! is The Arts Connection’s exceptional educational and fine arts infused before and after school program that is designed to conveniently work around your child’s school day. It is designed to provide parents with high- quality programming for their children while accommodating busy family schedules.

The atmosphere at SPARK! is nurturing and inclusive and we strive to maintain a high- quality learning environment tailored for children in different age groups that is a “home away from home”. We integrate education and the arts and make it possible for children to explore their potential while cultivating lifelong friendships in an amazing community of supportive teachers, peers and parents.

Igniting a Spark in every child

Parents will drop their children at our centre in the morning if they have chosen to participate in the before school session where children will be served a hot breakfast cooked by our onsite chef. They will also engage in quiet activities as their minds focus on going to school. The children will then be transported by bus from our centre to their schools where teachers will chaperone students to their classes.

After school, students will be picked up by one of our teachers and transported by bus back to our centre where they will enjoy a nutritious snack before taking part in our after school session which consists of one or two scheduled enrichment classes, depending on their ages. They will be able to wind down at the end with a free time session before pick-up at 6:00pm.
